Join the Move for Mums community for a fun and relaxing day at Lilydale Lake!

Kick off the day with a refreshing social walk around the lake, surrounded by nature and great company. After our walk, enjoy a gentle mobility session specifically designed to help mums feel relaxed and rejuvenated, no matter where they’re at in their fitness journey.

To round off the morning, we’ll gather in the cozy community room for a warm cup of coffee or tea, perfect for unwinding and connecting with fellow mums. Babies, toddlers, and older children are more than welcome to join in the fun. Easter Bunny might even make a suprise visit!
