Term 1 runs from Thursday 29 January to Thursday 2 April 2026, with sessions held on:

  • Tuesdays at 9:45am (9 classes)

  • Thursdays at 8:35am (10 classes) and 9:45am (10 classes)

Choose the plan that works for you—Tuesday only, Thursday only, or get the best value with both the Tuesday + Thursday classes.

Location: Montrose Recreation Reserve, classes are held on the enclosed netball courts or indoors during inclement weather.

I started training with Move for Mums to get back into strength training after having kids and what I got out of it extended far beyond fitness goals.
Through my conversations with Rach and her endless support, not only have I achieved realistic fitness goals, but I’ve learnt how to be kind to myself and enjoy the privilege of exercising and movement. And don’t even get me started on how knowledgeable she is!

Move for Mums
Training App

Included with every membership, the Move for Mums Training App gives you access to an ever-growing exercise library designed to support mums at every age and stage.

 

Our app includes video demonstrations plus audio and written cues for safe, confident movement. Use the app to track your in-person class progress, enjoy bonus mum-specific workouts, or sign up to receive a tailored program built just for you to use at home or in the gym.

Our class is designed for every stage of motherhood and all fitness levels. We can support you if you're experiencing things like prolapse, abdominal separation, tailbone or pubic pain, sore wrists, knees, back, or bladder and bowel leaks when you laugh, cough, sneeze, run, or lift.

You’re never expected to keep up or push through. You can pause, modify, or tend to your little one at any time, and you will always be met with understanding.
