Motherhood changes us in ways we never quite expect. Alongside the beauty and joy, it can also leave us feeling a little lost, stretched, or uncertain about who we are becoming.
In this session, we’ll gently explore:
Matrescence – the developmental transition into motherhood and how it reshapes every part of life.
Grieving our ‘old’ self – and making sense of ambivalence in motherhood.
The Perfect Mother Myth & mum guilt – how cultural expectations shape our experience.
Reconnecting with yourself – practical ways to begin finding you again within motherhood.
You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of this transition, a sense of validation, and a simple practice to continue exploring in your own time.
