Small Group Training

Build core, pelvic floor, and full-body strength in a supportive, small group environment. Bring your baby or older children and connect with other mums in your community.​

  • Tuesdays: 9:45am

  • Thursdays: 8:35am / 9:45am

Location:

Montrose Recreation Reserve – indoor/outdoor as needed.​

Tailored Programs – Online & 1:1 Coaching

Train at home, in the gym, or one-on-one with an experienced coach. Programs are tailored to your stage of motherhood and your individual goals, whether you’re returning postpartum, managing recovery, or wanting extra guidance.

Format & Options:

  • Online program with weekly check-ins and ongoing support, includes an in-person assessment and program induction to get you off on the right foot

  • Optional one-on-one coaching sessions (online or in-person) for personalised guidance

  • Individually tailored exercise modifications for pregnancy, postpartum recovery, abdominal separation, pelvic pain, or prolapse
