Just like the journey of motherhood, this hike will have it's ups and downs.

We will gather at the Mount Evelyn Recreation Reserve at 830am. We will begin with a gentle warm-up and activation to prepare our bodies. At 9.00am we'll set off on a 6-7km hike that will take us through winding tracks and some challenging hills.

At the start, we'll each set an intention to carry with us, allowing the hills to remind us of the resilience, strength and the power of leaning on others along the way.

We will finish back at the Mount Evelyn Recreation Reserve around 11am with some grounding breath work, space for reflection and some light refreshments.

This is more than just a hike, it's a chance to reconnect with yourself, nature, and other mums walking a similar path.

What you must bring:

  • Comfortable walking, hiking or trail shoes with good grip

  • A full water bottle or backpack with bladder (minimum 1.5L)
