Develop a more mindful and values-driven approach to movement with Jenna from Hope Street Counselling. Learn about Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) principles to build a more sustainable and enjoyable exercise routine.

In this 1-hour webinar, we'll learn:

  • How to unhook from unhelpful thoughts and self-criticism that may be holding us back from engaging in exercise

  • Practical strategies for connecting with our values and using them to guide our movement choices

  • Ways to cultivate a more compassionate and flexible relationship with our bodies

  • How to use ACT principles to build a more sustainable and enjoyable exercise routine

Through interactive examples and discussions, we'll gain a deeper understanding of how ACT can support us in developing a more positive and empowering relationship with movement. By the end of the webinar, we'll be equipped with practical tools and strategies to help us move with intention and purpose.
