No pressure. No comparison. Just safe, supportive movement, tailored to you.


Our classes are designed for every stage of motherhood and all fitness levels. We can support you if you're experiencing things like prolapse, abdominal separation, tailbone or pubic pain, sore wrists, knees, back, or bladder and bowel leaks when you laugh, cough, sneeze, run, or lift.

You’re never expected to keep up or push through. You can pause, modify, or tend to your little one at any time, and you will always be met with understanding.

Here’s what makes Move for Mums different:

  • We train in partnership with your physio. We stay connected with your women’s health professional so your recovery plan is part of your training, not separate from it.

  • We don’t do one-size-fits-all. Your body, birth, and recovery are unique. So is your return to movement. We’re here to guide you, not rush you.​

  • We’re community-first. You’ll feel welcomed, encouraged, and celebrated — not just for what you can do, but for showing up.

Evidence based

Our program is grounded in key strength training principles such as progressive overload. With our smart session design, we emphasise core stability and pelvic floor health while promoting good posture and  overall strength. We work in partnership with a network of allied health professionals so you feel confident knowing you're in good hands.

Social connection

We create a welcoming space for all mums, regardless of where they are in their fitness journey. Our approach fosters a sense of community and social connection, making it easy to connect with others who share similar experiences.

Tailored approach

We offer modifications to accommodate a range of pregnant and postnatal considerations including incontinence, abdominal separation, pelvic pain and prolapse.
