Our classes are designed for every stage of motherhood and all fitness levels. We can support you if you're experiencing things like prolapse, abdominal separation, tailbone or pubic pain, sore wrists, knees, back, or bladder and bowel leaks when you laugh, cough, sneeze, run, or lift.
You’re never expected to keep up or push through. You can pause, modify, or tend to your little one at any time, and you will always be met with understanding.

We train in partnership with your physio. We stay connected with your women’s health professional so your recovery plan is part of your training, not separate from it.

We don’t do one-size-fits-all. Your body, birth, and recovery are unique. So is your return to movement. We’re here to guide you, not rush you.
