Join us at Move for Mums, a program designed to help you build strength, confidence and connect with other mums in a safe, supportive environment. Our Mums 'n' Bubs classes are tailored for every stage of motherhood and all fitness levels — whether you’re pregnant, navigating post-birth recovery, or just wanting to get active while caring for your little one. What to expect: No pressure. No comparison. Just safe, supportive movement tailored to you and your body. We understand that every mum’s journey is unique, and we cater to all needs — including prolapse, abdominal separation, tailbone or pubic pain, sore wrists, knees, back, or bladder and bowel leaks that happen when you laugh, cough, sneeze, run, or lift. You’re never expected to keep up or push through. You can pause, modify, or attend to your baby at any time, and you’ll always be met with understanding and encouragement. Why Move for Mums is different: Physio partnership: We train in collaboration with women’s health professionals. Your recovery plan is part of your training, not separate from it.
