Hi, I'm Rach!

Founder & coach at Move for Mums.

I’m a mum of two, fully accredited pre and postnatal exercise specialist, and strength coach with over 10 years’ experience.

I created Move for Mums to give women informed, supportive training they can trust through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

My approach is evidence-based, collaborative, and grounded in real life — helping you build strength, confidence, and connection without pressure to “bounce back.”

Our partnerships with local women's health physiotherapists means your training is guided by experts. Whether you're navigating incontinence, prolapse, birth injury or trauma, pelvic pain, or pelvic girdle pain, we will work alongside your physio to ensure your movement is safe, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs.
