Founder & coach at Move for Mums.
I’m a mum of two (soon to be three), fully accredited pre and postnatal exercise specialist and strength coach with over 10 years’ experience. I created Move for Mums to give women informed, supportive training they can trust through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.​

Choose from small group strength sessions or individual coaching and programming designed to help you move well, feel strong, and build confidence at every stage.

The Move for Mums difference
We're partnered with Women's Health Physiotherapists.
Whether you're navigating incontinence, prolapse, birth injury or trauma, pelvic pain, or pelvic girdle pain, we will work in collaboration with your physio to ensure your movement is safe, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs.
We don't subscribe to bounce back culture nonsense.
We focus on building strength, confidence, and connection, not chasing unrealistic post-baby body ideals. Your body has done something incredible, and our approach honours that with respect, evidence-based training, and zero pressure to “bounce back.”

Our programs are grounded in progressive strength training principles, emphasising core stability, pelvic floor health, and overall functional strength. We work closely with a network of allied health professionals so you feel confident knowing you’re in safe hands.

We create a welcoming space for all mums, regardless of stage or fitness level. Build connection, support, and motivation while exercising with others who understand your journey.

Individual approach
All programs are adaptable for pregnancy, postnatal recovery, abdominal separation, prolapse, pelvic pain, or other considerations. No one-size-fits-all.
