Service Description

**SCHEDULE:** Montrose Scout Hall: Tuesdays 9.45am - 10.45am | 10.55am - 11.55am Thursdays 8.35am - 9.45am | 9.45am - 10.45am Fitletic Studio, Chirnside Park: Thursdays 12.30pm - 1.30pm This program is designed to help mums safely reconnect with their core & pelvic floor, rebuild foundational strength, & return to movement with confidence. Our classes are tailored specifically for pre & postnatal women. Whether you’re pregnant, navigating post‑birth recovery, or looking to get active while caring for your little one, this program is created with you in mind. What you'll experience: A supportive, judgment‑free environment where your wellbeing comes first. There is no pressure to bounce back, & no comparison — just safe, considered movement designed around your individual needs. We understand that every mum’s journey is unique, & we accommodate a wide range of experiences, including: - Prolapse - Abdominal separation - Pelvic girdle pain - Wrist, knee, or back discomfort - Bladder or bowel leaks triggered by laughing, coughing, sneezing, running, or lifting You are never expected to push through pain or keep pace with others. You’re welcome to pause, modify, or attend to your children at any time. You will always be met with understanding, reassurance, & encouragement. We work collaboratively with women’s health physiotherapists to ensure your recovery plan is integrated into your training — not treated as an afterthought. There is no one‑size‑fits‑all pathway back to movement. Your body, birth experience, & recovery story are uniquely yours. We guide you step‑by‑step with programming that reflects exactly what you need. From the moment you walk in, you’ll feel welcomed & valued. Our classes focus on connection, encouragement, & celebrating every win — big or small. It’s a space where mums can move, laugh, & grow together.
