Group Training

Our group class is designed for mums at every stage of their fitness journey! We focus on core stability and pelvic floor health, blending functional movements with targeted exercises to support you to strengthen from the inside out.

"Not your average group fitness class"

Join our weekly group training program today!

​Class is held weekly on Thursdays during the school term. Sessions run on the netball courts at the Montrose Recreation Reserve, or at the Scout Hall during inclement weather.

​

There are two class times to choose from:

  • 8.35am - 9.35am

  • 9.45am - 10.45am (for parents of older children)

Bring your kids along and enjoy connecting with other local mums.​

Truly tailored

We offer modifications to accommodate a range of pregnant and postnatal considerations including incontinence, abdominal separation, pelvic pain and prolapse.
