Coaching packages

Program‑Only (8 Weeks)

For women wanting to ditch the mental load of training solo. You'll get a goal oriented program and access via our app for 8 weeks. Perfect for women keen to train independently with structure at home or in the gym.

  • 1 Program — $120

  • 2 Programs — $180

Coaching Packages (8 Weeks)

Build — $650

The Build Package is designed for women who want more than just a program — it’s for those who want to feel confident, supported, and fully guided from the very beginning.

You’ll receive a comprehensive movement assessment, followed by a dedicated in‑person induction session where we take the time to walk through your personalised strength program together. This is where the real difference lies — you won’t just be given a plan, you’ll be coached through it, refining your technique, building confidence, and ensuring everything feels right for your body.

From there, your personalised program is supported by weekly coaching check‑ins, helping you stay consistent, accountable, and progressing with clarity.

Designed specifically for your body and your season of motherhood, this package is ideal for women who want a simple, effective plan with hands-on guidance and ongoing support.

Thrive — $800

The Thrive Package is designed for women who want greater variety in their training and more time to refine their movement.

You’ll receive a comprehensive movement assessment, followed by an extended in‑person induction session where we take the time to work through two personalised strength programs in detail. 

With two programs tailored to your body, goals, and season of motherhood, you’ll have the flexibility to train more frequently while keeping your sessions purposeful and balanced. 

Ongoing weekly coaching check‑ins provide continued guidance, accountability, and progression — ensuring you’re supported every step of the way as you build strength with variety and confidence.

Ideal for women who enjoy structure and have more opportunities to train throughout the week.

Keeping momentum

$180 per 4 weeks

For clients continuing on after a coaching package. This includes ongoing support through weekly check-ins, app access and small program tweaks.

Personal Training / Program rewrites

  • Additional coaching session (45 mins): $90 / available in-person (within 15km of Montrose) or online. Additional travel charges apply.

  • Program rewrite: $120 (1 program) / $240 (2 programs)
