Tailored approach
We offer modifications to accommodate a range of pregnant and postnatal considerations including incontinence, abdominal separation, pelvic pain and prolapse.
Ready to join the movement?
Class is held weekly on Thursdays alongside the school term in Victoria.
Sessions run on the enclosed netball courts at the Montrose Recreation Reserve, or at the Montrose Football club in inclement weather.
Babies and older children welcome.
