Small Group Training

We focus on core stability and pelvic floor health, blending targeted exercises with functional movements so you build strength, mobility and confidence.

Ready to join the movement?

​Class is held weekly on Thursdays alongside the school term. Choose from either:

  • 8.35am - 9.35am

  • 9.45am - 10.45am

Sessions are held outdoors in Spring and  Summer on the enclosed netball courts at the Montrose Recreation Reserve. 

 

Sessions are held indoors during inclement weather, and in Autumn and Winter at the Montrose Public Hall. ​

Tailored approach

We offer modifications to accommodate a range of pregnant and postnatal considerations including incontinence, abdominal separation, pelvic pain and prolapse.

What can you expect from a Move for Mums class?

No pressure. No comparison. Just safe, supportive movement, tailored to you.


Our class is designed for every stage of motherhood and all fitness levels. We can support you if you're experiencing things like prolapse, abdominal separation, tailbone or pubic pain, sore wrists, knees, back, or bladder and bowel leaks when you laugh, cough, sneeze, run, or lift.

You’re never expected to keep up or push through. You can pause, modify, or tend to your little one at any time, and you will always be met with understanding.

Here’s what makes Move for Mums different:

  • We train in partnership with your physio. We stay connected with your women’s health professional so your recovery plan is part of your training, not separate from it.

  • We don’t do one-size-fits-all. Your body, birth, and recovery are unique. So is your return to movement. We’re here to guide you, not rush you.
