Move for Mums
Training App

Included with every Move and Track membership, the Move for Mums Training App gives you access to an ever-growing exercise library designed to support mums at every age and stage.

 

Our app includes video demonstrations plus audio and written cues for safe, confident movement. Use the app to track your weekly class progress, enjoy bonus mum-specific workouts, or sign up to receive a tailored program built just for you to use at home or in the gym.

Our class is designed for every stage of motherhood and all fitness levels. We can support you if you're experiencing things like prolapse, abdominal separation, tailbone or pubic pain, sore wrists, knees, back, or bladder and bowel leaks when you laugh, cough, sneeze, run, or lift.

You’re never expected to keep up or push through. You can pause, modify, or tend to your little one at any time, and you will always be met with understanding.
